The departure was delayed for 30 minutes, and that was OK, it happens to everyone, right. But the flight itself was a real horror. Before we took off, there was some white steam coming from the cealing, which totally caused panic among the passengers. The pilot said it was normal. I don't think it was normal, because it never happened before! It was really scarey!

The craft was extremely small for such a long distance! No entertainment at all, no TV, not even music! The food was OK, but the flight attendents were extremely rude! NO smile whatsoever. I asked for more juice, and they said no! I couldn't believe it! The price wasn't too cheap. You can get a flight with a much better company for the same amount if you have an ISIC card.

All in all, don't travel with Aeroflot!
