Checking-in was swift and professional with modern technology speeding the process up.

Boarding was a civil affair with a well spoken and polite young man informing me about my luggage (delayed from a previous flight).

The cabin crew were friendly and polite, and served drinks and a nice meal.

The cabin was well presented and spotlessly clean, with clear announcements from the Captain during the journey.

Landing was a pleasure, and ample Cathay Pacific Staff were at hand to help once out of the aircraft.
