I was flying from Brussels to Warsaw, and then further to Kaliningrad. The service was great, the team was very helpful, food was very good, and the crew really made it comfortable for me and my baby. I didn’t have any problems or delays, had a stroller with me, and it was no problem to get it right after the flight.

The stewardess was offering extra tissues for the baby.

On the way back, the flight from Warsaw was not from LOT, but was operated by Brussels Airlines, it was surely a different service, drinks were to be paid for and no food was offered.

If not that part, I would be very happy about the flight.
