Flew from Gatwick to Dubai via Doha. First ever flight on Qatar Airways and was impressed with their service.

Slight delay on the Gatwick-Doha sector due air traffic restrictions but connecting flight to Dubai was on time.

Friendly, courteous cabin crew - good in-flight service with a hot meal and then a snack before landing at Doha. They also served a snack and drinks on the short (39 minute) sector from Doha to Dubai. Throughout drinks were available on request.

Seat-back in-flight entertainment system provided a wide selection of films, games etc.

Only negative comment I could make is that the seat back reclining mechanism on my seat was broken.

Gatwick-Doha flight was completely full and Doha-Dubai about 80% full. A good experience.
