Not Bmi's finest hour, it has to be said. The delayed departure appears to have been caused mainly by the handling agent in Jersey not being ready with flight plans (capt heard to tick off dispatcher) ; cabin crew so-so - not overly friendly, though efficient enough.

Acft landed at LHR c.1h late, parked at intl pier of T1; bus took pax to wrong door... baggage reclaim took a long time. Much as I welcome the return of the LHR route, can't help noticing that with all the delays etc, I could have got to LHR just as fast via LGW. However, direct access still best! Just going to chalk this one up to BMI having a bad day.
