The delayed departure appears to have been caused mainly by the handling agent in Jersey not being ready with flight plans (capt heard to tick off dispatcher) ; cabin crew so-so - not overly friendly, though efficient enough. Acft landed at LHR c.1h late, parked at intl pier of T1; bus took pax to wrong door... baggage reclaim took a long time. Much as I welcome the return of the LHR route, can't help noticing that with all the delays etc, I could have got to LHR just as fast via LGW. However, direct access still best! Just going to chalk this one up to BMI having a bad day. | ||
