I took a flight for the first Time with American Eagle, it was from La Guardia to Toronto. The flight was delayed for about an hour and a half, we were told to wait on the plane on the tarmac whilst the plane waited. It was only served by one staff crew on board, I was a bit disappointed at the unprofessional look that they had, it was as if they were not all that bothered about showing up to work looking neat. In-flight I was fine, it was a short flight, but the fact we waited longer on the tarmac as we did in the air frustrated me. When you take an inter-city express flight, its expected to be a quick turnover. However that didn't happen.
