I love the Delta Song flights. It's too bad that Delta will discontinue Song starting on May 1st. Everything went so great. It really shows that Delta is improving a lot with its service and on time departures and arrivals. The Song attendants even make jokes with you keeping the customers happy. I think they are better than American Airlines and definitely much better than Northwest Airlines. I remember on both of these airlines, they would yell at customers and even curse at you. That is rather shocking and left me in disbelief even now. I am flying Delta again with my sister in law next week to SFO again and we look forward to it. We are happy that on our way back we will be on a Delta Song flight, which would be my last, it looks like. Since May 1st, no more Delta Song flights. Such an unfortunate incident. Also, at SFO, the staff are all so nice. Whether it's Delta's employees or airport crew like TSA employees. I remember the TSA persons even made a joke with me and talked to me and was so helpful and respectful. If Delta keeps it up and keeps improving, it can only mean more good things. And I love their customer service, the best of any U.S. based airlines although United Airlines are great too. Thank you Delta/Song.
